Product Description
MSM (Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane), also known as dimethyl sulfone, provides sulfur, a vital buiding block of joints, cartiilage, skin, hair and nails, and methyl groups, to support energy production.
Instructions: Shake or stir 1 scoop (1 tsp/5grams) into your morning drink of choice. Dilute to enrich taste.

I have had miserable dry winter skin for many years. Tried all kinds and priced lotions with limited results. Your msm flakes have taken complete care of the problem without grease or creams. Thanks Gel-Out!

To Me it Seemed Like a Miracle Drink

My name is Suzi Hall. I have suffered from endometriosis for the last 8 years. I got to the point last summer that it was almost unbearable and even without insurance I almost had decided to go to the doctor and tell him I wanted to have a hysterectomy. I was at my local farmers market and they were selling the Gel-out MSM Flakes. I thought about it for a whole week because I don't like wasting money on products. The next week I went back to the farmers market and decided to give it a try because it was supposed to be an inflammatory and I knew part of the pain I was feeling was because my female organs were inflamed. Only after a few days of drinking the flakes in water I felt the pain go away immensely. To me it seemed like a miracle drink. Even though I still have some pain, it is very little compared to what it was before. The first thing I do each morning is drink my water with the MSM flakes in it. I never miss and if I start to forget because I get busy then I start to feel the pain coming on and it will remind me to go drink my miracle water and in less than a half an hour my pain is either completely gone or back into control where I can bear it. I recommend it to everyone suffering with pain. I just purchased my 2nd bottle of flakes and also got the Gel-out gel. My skeptical husband used it on his very painful shoulder before bed and had an unusual good nights sleep because he was pain-free during the night. He is no longer skeptical and asked me if they sell it in gallon containers. I am sure we will be life-long customers. The price is also great because this 30 dollar product lasts for 3 to 4 months. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks for helping me so much.

We Love the Gel-out MSM Flakes!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE the MSM flakes and the gel. We have been using both of them daily for over a month now and we just re-ordered because we NEVER want to run out! We are literally amazed at the change in our bodies. After visiting 4 different doctors and having no success, my husband's knees are almost completely pain free after only a short time on MSM. We wish we had heard about it years ago! I never realized how sluggish I felt until it disappeared with a daily dose of MSM. We both felt the improvement the very first day. We have recommended the gel & the flakes to all of our relatives and friends and will continue to do so. We are so impressed with this product. Thank you for helping us to feel 10 years younger in such a short time! Everyday we feel yet another benefit. Thank you MSM!

Awesome in a Bath

I haven't taken this product orally, other than the sample I was given. I did however use it in a bath. I am a cancer patient so my whole body is always achy. I used 2 scoops in a bath (because I have an extra large bathtub) along with some Epson salt. It was the softest most relaxing bath I have ever had. When I got out I felt no pain which was amazing. I had been taking so many drugs to try to get rid of the pain and nothing worked like this. Soon after that first bath I had to have a major surgery and I haven't been able to take a bath until today. I'd forgotten about putting the MGM in the bath and only used Epson salt. I couldn't understand why it wasn't as relaxing and healing as before and then I remembered. If I had enough hot water I would have run another bath, but I will have to wait till tonight.

Before finding this, I took capsules. I was afraid of the bitter taste everyone talks about. This has no bitter taste, even in water! Fabulous stuff!!!
